A collection of backgrounds and Paint Shop Pro9 Picture tubes. These may be used for commercial and non commercial use.
This package contains 10 picture tubes for use in Paint Shop Pro9. To install, unzip the files into the picture tube folder located in the PSP9 directory. These are free to use in your personal and commercial projects.
*note: change the scale and step settings for diferent effects. The examples above were scaled 50 to 60% with step @ 20 to 50 *
